Robert M. O’Dea has more than 15-years of strategic, senior-level marketing, operations and business leadership experience. Rob is exceptionally talented at solving complex problems and helping senior managers articulate and accomplish their business goals. These skills were honed during intensive work experiences on Capitol Hill, Wall Street and in Silicon Valley. Rob's ability to quickly assimilate large amounts of data, distill difficult problems down to their basic components, and identify the high-return opportunities, has contributed to his success leading engagements across a diverse spectrum of industries. He also has extensive start-up experience, having co-founded a Silicon Valley aviation technology firm in the early 2000s. In this roll, Rob raised the company's first million dollars, developed every single strategic relationship the company had, and successfully negotiated agreements with more than two dozen blue-chip technology companies. John O'Dea Prior to joining the Barracuda team, John O’Dea served as served as Chief Executive Officer of Associated General Contractors of Maine. In his role as CEO of Maine’s largest construction industry trade association, O’Dea was involved in significant legislative and regulatory battles for affordable housing, utility and energy construction and highway funding.
John has 20+ years of experience in and around the state capitol and has frequently helped private-sector interests understand the risks and opportunities presented by the activities of state and local governments. He is a former member of the Maine Senate and House of Representatives. John grew up in Caribou and is a graduate of the University of Maine. Adria M. O’Dea is an accomplished graphic designer who learned her craft in the highly competitive toy industry. She is also has a highly sought after grant writer with more than 10-years experience writing successful research, infrastructure, development and outreach grants. Over this period, Adria has a near perfect funding record across a wide range of granting agencies. At Barracuda, Adria serves as both creative director and senior data analyst applying her strengths in complex statistical modeling to help shape business case development and go-to-market strategies for emerging companies. William G. Snead earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and then a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. He practiced law in-house with Shell Oil and Mobil Oil from 1977 to 2000, and then was outside counsel for Exxon Mobil until 2006, specializing in contracts, corporate law, advertising, and franchising. He is currently a member of the Washington State and Virginia State Bars, and most recently has been engaged in assisting the Kirkland Arts Center, a Washington non-profit corporation, with revising their bylaws and articles of incorporation. Prior to law school, he served 5 years in the US Air Force, and taught economics at Hamilton College. Dr. Snead speaks fluent Mandarin and has traveled extensively throughout China.
